Vendors and Community Colleges
Educate vendors about community college budgets.  JSTOR has a community college model.  It seems that other vendors don’t listen.  EBSCO has a vocational database.  Carnegie classification is a “fairer” system than FTE.   Jean Smith has an article on this topic:
